I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist and I own and operate a private practice based in Poughkeepsie, NY. I specialize in working with children & their families and I am trained in various evidenced based practices used to treat a variety of symptoms. I believe that my education, training, and prior experiences will allow me to assist you and your family in obtaining the goals you set out to achieve.
Working in the community for some time now, I have familiarized myself with many community based organizations, programs, resources, local school districts, as well as other health and wellness providers and their services. My prior experiences have allowed me to successfully help children and their families work towards their common goals of a more positive and healthy lifestyle. Obtaining mental health services can often seem daunting and intimidating, which is why I believe in a collaborative approach to promote overall health and happiness.
In addition to mental health counseling services, I offer clinical supervision to mental health therapists looking to obtain supervision hours for their licensing requirements. I also offer 1:1 coaching services for clinicians looking to start or grow their own private practices. I truly believe in the power of mental health treatment and I love that I am able to offer support to fellow mental health providers working towards their professional goals. When mental health providers feel confident, secure, motivated, and empowered by the work they do, this will be reflected in the quality of work provided to their clients and their community.
